As project developers on a fee basis, our capabilities include the direct provision or supervision of the following functions:

AHLLC principals are Marshall Breines and Jim Eagan who collectively have more than 65 years experience in health care management, real estate development and finance. We provide services to non-profit as well as for-profit owners. AHLLC has no ownership or business interests in any other discipline which is part of the planning, construction, marketing or management of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, thus allowing it to establish a team for each project that best meets the needs of each project and its owner, with no conflicts of interest.
